We've done $4k server-replacement projects. There's no floor — the floor is whether it can be scoped in writing.
Can we phase it?
Yes. We commonly phase larger projects (network, then security, then cloud) so cash flow stays predictable.
Who owns the runbook?
You do. We provide a markdown copy and a PDF, both yours. If you leave us, the runbook leaves with you.
What if the project goes over scope?
Change request in writing, you decide. We don't keep working past the SOW without a signature.
